• Users under 18 must have consent from a parent/guardian.

• By submitting content, you grant Happaning a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

  • Host, process, and display your content.

  • Share and distribute content to event organisers, brands, and partners.

5.2 Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the necessary rights (e.g., music, video footage, likeness permissions).

• Happaning may remove content at its discretion if it violates these Terms.

  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• ViiVid®, all related software, patents, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Happaning Ltd.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our technology.

• You may not use our trademarks or branding without written consent.

  
  

7. Payments & Fees

• Some Services require payment (e.g., event organiser packages, brand activations, premium fan features).

• Pricing will be agreed in contracts, order forms, or displayed at checkout.

• Payments must be made according to agreed terms.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

• Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We comply with UK GDPR and other applicable data laws.

• By using Happaning, you consent to our collection, storage, and processing of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  • That UGC or event recordings will always be available or preserved.

• Happaning is not responsible for:

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Happaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost data, reputational harm).

  • Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding a claim.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
